Population 2,200 (1991 SIL). 
Region 3 islands in the Siassi chain in the Vitiaz Strait. Arop dialect on Long Island, Madang Province, Saidor District. Lokep dialect on Tolokiwa Island and the north tip of Umboi Island, Morobe Province, Siassi District.
