A different language from Dari (Eastern Farsi [PRS]) of Afghanistan, although both names come from Darius, the ancient Emperor, whom they both relate to. Many Zoroastrians speak Parsi-Dari, and do not know this language. 'Gabri' and 'Gabar' are derogatory names. Zoroastrian. |
