Bookstore Returns Policy

Items may be returned in original condition for exchange, credit, or refund within 90 days of the date of the invoice. The International Academic Bookstore reserves the right to reduce or refuse the amount of credit or refund for items not in original condition. Please contact us before returning any items as all returns must be pre-authorized and a return authorization number must be included on the package.
Problems with your order, or items in your order, must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Do not return any items until you contact us about your claim.
Returns must be shipped via our preferred method with the assigned return authorization number marked on the package.
Reprints of out-of-print materials may not be returned.
Items are not accepted for return more than 90 days after the date of the invoice.
