Thessaly administrative unit: Mandra village; Macedonia and Thrace administrative unit: Xirohori and Neo Agioneri villages.

Language Status

8b (Nearly extinct).

Dialects

Misiotika (Misti, Mistiot), Pharasa, Sille, Western Cappadocian. Reportedly similar to Pontic [pnt]. Even more distinct from standard Greek [ell] than Pontic. Misiotika is the only Cappadocian dialect still spoken to any extent.
