Different from Davawenyo dialect of Chavacano [cbk]. 2 dialects: East Coast (90% of speakers), and Davao City area (Whinnom 1956). Lowland Davawenyo have 89% intelligibility of Kamayo [kyk].

Language Use

Lowland Davawenyo also use Cebuano [ceb]. Highland Davawenyo have low comprehension of Cebuano.
