Southwest Dagestan Republic, Tsumadinsky district, Khvarshi, Inkhokvari, Santlada, Kvantlada, and Khonokh villages.

Inxokvari (Inkhokvari), Xvarshi proper.

Language Use

50-60% of children speak Khvarshi. Positive attitudes. Avar [ava] is literary language. Also use Russian [rus].
