Language Status

6b (Threatened).

Jauari (Aica, Joari, Yoari), Kohoroxitari, Nanomam (Karime), Xamatari, Yanamam (Patimitheri, Waika), Yanomam (Guadema, Naomam, Wadema, Warema), Yanomay (Toototobi). Related to Yanomamö [guu] of Brazil and Venezuela.
