Population  370 (2007 Pencue), decreasing. 50 monolinguals. Were 10,000 in 1908.
Region  Amazonas, Aduche River (tributary of Caquetá) 15 km downriver from Araracuara.

Classification  Language isolate
Language use  Mainly older adults. Some also use Spanish.
Comments  Somewhat acculturated. Some intermarriage with Muinanes [bmr] and Huitotos [hux]. Rubber gatherers.
