Region  Kénédougou and Houet provinces, N’Dorola and Samorogouan areas. 12 villages.

Alternate names   Bo, Boka
Dialects  Black Bolon (Northern Bolon), White Bolon (Southern Bolon). The White Bolon dialect has higher inherent intelligibility with Jula [dyu] (81%) than the Black Bolon dialect (52%).
Classification  Niger-Congo, Mande, Western, Central-Southwestern, Central, Manding-Jogo, Manding-Vai, Manding-Mokole, Manding
Language use  All ages. Also use Jula [dyu].
