Alternate names   Birgid, Birguid, Birkit, Birqed, Kajjara, Murgi
Dialects  Lexical similarity 60% with Kadaru [kdu]; 51% with Midob [mei].
Classification  Nilo-Saharan, Eastern Sudanic, Eastern, Nubian, Central, Birked
