Dialects  Lexical similarity: 69%–80% with 1 variety; 42%–47% with 1 variety in Andhra Pradesh; 52%–62% with Mudhili Gadaba [gau] in Andhra Pradesh.
Classification  Dravidian, Central, Parji-Gadaba
Language use  Positive attitude. Also use Desiya [dso] or Telugu [tel].
Language development  Literacy rate in L2: 7%.
Writing system  Oriya script, used in Orissa. Telugu script, used in Andhra Pradesh.
Comments  Gabada is a Scheduled Tribe. Different from Gadaba in Munda family, also spoken in Koraput. Traditional religion.
