Dialects  Similar to Koba [kpd] and, to a lesser extent, Dobel [kvl]. Some similarities with Manombai [woo], but intelligibility is lower than might be expected.
Classification  Austronesian, Malayo-Polynesian, Central-Eastern, Central Malayo-Polynesian, Aru
Language use  Vigorous. Also use local languages or Dobel [kvo].
