Classification  Nilo-Saharan, Central Sudanic, West, Bongo-Bagirmi, Bongo-Baka, Morokodo-Beli, Morokodo-Mo’da
Language use  The Ma’du dialect may be extinct (1984). All domains. All ages. Many also use Moru [mgd].
Language development  Orthography developed and literacy materials in use. Taught in primary schools.
Writing system  Latin script.
