Region  Mayo-Kebbi Est region, Mayo-Boneye Department, Bongor Subprefecture or Mayo Lemie Department. Along Logone River, west of GuĂ©lengdeng, village of Muskum (Mouskoun), 10 kms. north of Katoa.
Alternate names   Muzgum
Dialects  Lexical similarity: 40% with Musgu [mug].
Classification  Afro-Asiatic, Chadic, Biu-Mandara, B, B.2
Language use  There was 1 speaker in 1976. Shifted to the Vulum dialect of Musgu.
