| Dialects | Only one dialect, since ‘Nyali-South’ is actually Vanuma [vau]. Vanuma, Mbo [mbo], Ndaka [ndk], Budu [buu], and Nyali [nlj] speakers are more similar to each other than to other border Bantu languages. Lexical similarity: 85% with Vanuma, 76% with Mbo, 73% with Ndaka and Budu. |
