Language use  Domains gradually diminishing. All ages. All except older women also use Tok Pisin [tpi] or English.
Language development  Literacy rate in L1: 50%–75%. Literacy rate in L2: 50%–75%. People usually write in Gedaged [gdd], Tok Pisin [tpi], or English. Taught in primary schools. NT: 1999.
