| Comments | A Scheduled Caste. Singh (1993) reports they speak Sadri [sck] as L1 in Jharkhand, Mundari [unr] in West Bengal, Oriya [ori] in Orissa. Breton (1997) states that Turi is spoken only in Chotanagpur. A Turi caste in Gujarat is not related linguistically. |
