‘Teda’ is the name for the people. Outsider term ‘Tubu’ groups Dazaga and Tedaga. Seminomadic. Similar to Dazaga. Azzaga [dzg], the speech of the Azza, a caste division, is different from Tedaga, but its relation to Tedaga and to the speech of the Azza among the Daza is not known. Well diggers; pastoralists: camels. Muslim. |
