Population  6,500 (1990 census). People in the towns of San Marcial, San Gregorio, San Esteban, and Santo Domingo are monolingual.
Region  Oaxaca, southeast Miahuatlán, halfway between Miahuatlán and coast. Most towns with ‘Ozolotepec’ in the name are included, but not San Francisco Ozolotepec.
