None known. Not inherently intelligible with Dagaare [dgi], Jula [dyu], or Mòoré [mos]. Lexical similarity: 65%–70% with Northern Dagaare [dgi].

Language Use

Some also use Mòoré [mos], particularly in some western areas. Also use Jula [dyu], especially some men (and women, but with lower proficiency) west of the Mouhoun river.
