None known. Most closely related to Northern Conchucos [qxn] and Corongo Quechua [qwa]. Initial intelligibility testing shows marginal intelligibility of Corongo Quechua [qwa]. Intelligibility of Northern Conchucos [qxn] appears lower. A member of macrolanguage Quechua [que].

Language Use

Rural daily life primarily among women over 40. Adults only. Many also use Spanish [spa].
